What we collect
When you join the Pro du chantier waitlist, we collect the type of account you want (homeowner, contractor or worker), your first and last name, your email address and/or phone number, your company name if you are a contractor, where your visit came from (for example an ad or a search), and the date of your sign-up and consent.
Why
To tell you when the platform launches, invite you to create your account, and contact you about it by email or text message. We also use the source of your visit to learn which ads and channels work.
Your consent
By ticking the box on the form, you agree that Pro du chantier may contact you by email or text message about the launch and your invitation. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to support@produchantier.com.
Who can see it
The three members of our team who manage the list, through an internal contact-management tool. We do not sell or rent this information.
Providers outside Québec
The waitlist relies on cloud services, some of which process information outside Québec: hosting and database, email delivery, and bot verification of the form. The bot-verification service analyzes certain technical data from your browser and your IP address to tell a person from a robot. Your IP address is also used, temporarily, to limit abusive sign-ups.
How long we keep it
We keep this information for 24 months after our last contact with you, or less if you ask us to delete it. If you later create an account, your information is governed by the privacy policy.
Your rights and contact
You can access your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or ask for its deletion by writing to support@produchantier.com. We reply within 30 days. Privacy officer: Marc-André Philippe, co-founder of 9571-3905 Québec inc.
